In addition to redesigning the product pages to streamline information, we launched the "This Is How" infographic-style campaign that appealed to doctors and (as our research revealed) their preference to see all the nuts and bolts behind a product or service. Backed up by extensive OLA and environmental placements, the campaign revealed the breadth of athenahealth's expertise and the power of cloud computing.
